About
I’ve been behind the wheel for the best part of 40 years — cars, bikes, and the kind of miles that teach you calm under pressure. A former police response driver with a full motorbike licence, I’m now training as a Potential Driving Instructor (PDI), partnered with the AA to complete my qualification. You get someone who knows the road, and still remembers what it feels like to learn.
Teaching approach
No one-size-fits-all lessons. I adapt the teaching style to how you prefer to learn — whether you need a patient step-by-step build, clearer explanations, or more time to practise until it clicks. The goal is simple: help you feel confident, safe, and ready for the test.
